A Virginia man was arrested after showing police a driver’s license from the “Kingdom of Heaven” and accusing an officer of treason.

From Front Royal PD:

Chief Richard H. Furr has reported the arrest of Randy R Linamen of 8724 Round Lane Manassas Virginia. Linamen was arrested for possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony, and operating a motor vehicle after being declared a habitual offender. Linamen was encountered during a DUI check point which was being conducted on Commerce Ave in Front Royal by officers of the Front Royal Police Department. Linamen was operating a van when he stopped at the check point. Detective Jason Winner asked Linamen for his operator’s license, Linamen produced a document titled “Drivers License” issued from the “Kingdom of Heaven”. When Detective Winner questioned Linamen about the license Linamen stated that Detective Winner was not upholding his oath and was committing treason. While Detective Winner was engaged in conversation with Linamen Detective Lethcoe observed what appeared to be two speed loaders in the center console of the van. When Detective Winner asked Linamen to exit his vehicle, Linamen attempted to drive away from the check point. Linamen was physically removed from his vehicle, at that point a loaded Dan Wesson .357 caliber hand gun was observed in the driver’s door pocket of the van. Linamen was transported to the Warren County Jail and charged with the above offenses. A sweep of the vehicle produced what appeared to be three pipe bombs under the front driver seat of the vehicle. A State Police Bomb Technician was contacted to come to the scene and clear the vehicle. The vehicle was cleared and the items were deemed to be safe and contained no explosive material. Linamen was held with no bond and has a court date of August 16, 2011 at 10:00am in the General District Court of Warren County.
